Curriculum Vitae


 Hongli Yan, Professor, Ph.D, MD, doctoral supervisor,
 Proficient at molecular pathology and laboratory diagnosis, especially in the area of  companion Diagnostics for tumor target therapy, immunotherapy, and molecular diagnosis for genetic disorders. In recently five years, I have obtained some grants, such as presided over the national "863" project (2 million), the national "973" corpus (2006-2016), the national natural science foundation of China (6), key basic research project of Shanghai, Shanghai science and technology research projects and other projects, as well as the Shanghai pujiang talent, the Shanghai outstanding young teacher talent fund, the national outstanding youth fund virus lab, changhai hospital, all the young funds, personnel issues such asAs the second or the third major academic backbone, he participated in the national "973", "863", and key projects of the national natural science foundation.
 Has published more than 50 papers, some papers were published in Hepatology (14.055), EMBO J (10.748), Oncogene (2 papers, 8.558), Cancer letter (5.618), Clin Chem (7.921) and other journals. The article published in EMBO J in 2009 has been cited more than 300 times. Articles published in Cancer Sci magazine were recommended by the Japanese Cancer society, awarded the 2009 young scientist award (only 3 winners per year), and invited to present at the 68th annual academic conference of the Japanese Cancer society.
 Published five books as chief editor or deputy editor. As editor of world Chinese digestive magazine (2008-present) and Open Journal of Animal Sciences (2011-present), reviewer of Clinical Genetics, Viral immunology, Plos one, Cell death & Disease, etc.The responsible editor (section editor) of Translational Cancer Research(TCR) magazine (SCIE) was invited to present the conference or special report at the 2nd international conference on Hepatology (2016, Chicago), the 5th world gene therapy conference (Atlanta, USA, 2015) and the 8th world Cancer conference (dalian, China, 2015).As the main accomplice, he won the second prize of Shanghai natural science award, the second prize of Shanghai medical science and technology award, the third prize of China medical science and technology award, the second prize of fujian province science and technology progress, the science and technology award of Chinese medicine society, the second prize of military science and technology progress and other awards.

 

 

颜宏利简历

    男,1974年7月出生于山东曲阜,博士,教授,博士生导师, 长海医院生殖中心执行主任,实验诊断科副主任

  近年来主要紧紧围绕肿瘤与遗传病的早期诊断与发病机制开展研究,曾主持国家“863”课题(200万)、国家"973"子课题(2006-2016, 获滚动资助)、国家自然科学基金(6项)、上海市重点基础研究项目、上海市科技攻关项目等项目,以及上海市浦江人才、上海市优秀青年教师人才基金、国家病毒实验室优秀青年基金、长海医院杰青苗子基金等人才课题,并先后作为第2或第3主要学术骨干参与了国家“973”、“863”、国家自然科学基金重点项目等课题。

  共发表论文50余篇,SCI论文42篇,总引用率545次. 第1作者或通讯作者SCI论文24篇. 所发表论文影响因子大于5的论文有15篇, 分别发表在Hepatology (14.055)、EMBO J (10.748)、Oncogene (2篇, 8.558)、Cancer letter (5.618)、Clin Chem (7.921)等杂志。2009年发表在EMBO J的文章迄今被国外SCI杂志引用190余次。发表在Cancer Sci杂志的文章被日本癌症协会推荐,授予“2009年青年科学家奖” (每年仅有3人获奖),并被邀请在 “日本癌症学会第68届学术年会”做大会报告。其他研究论文曾获“夏家辉杰出青年基金会议资助计划”、“刘新垣院士学术交流奖”,全国医药生物工程学术研讨会优秀论文一等奖、上海市第九届青年科技论文奖等。

作为主编(主译)或副主编出版专著5部。任《世界华人消化杂志》(2008年-今)和《Open Journal of Animal Sciences》(2011-今) 编委,为Clinical Genetics,Viral immunology、Plos one、Cell death & Disease等杂志审稿人, Translational Cancer Research(TCR)杂志(SCIE收录)责任编辑(section editor),应邀在第二届国际肝癌会议(2nd international conference on Hepatology,2016,芝加哥)、第五届世界基因治疗大会(Atlanta,USA,2015),第八届世界癌症大会(大连,中国,2015)做大会或专题报告。作为主要完成人获上海市自然科学二等奖、上海市医学科技奖二等奖、中华医学科技奖三等奖、福建省科技进步二等奖、中华中医学会科技奖、军队科技进步二等奖等多项奖项。

荣誉获奖:

博士论文获全国百篇博士论文提名奖和上海市优秀研究生成果。2009年被评为“上海市优秀青年教师”,2012年获上海市“浦江人才”;2013年获第二军医大学“东方学者特聘教授”提名;连续入选学校“5511”优秀青年人才库,被评为第二军医大学“学习成才标兵”,并获得军队优秀专业技术干部津贴,2009年全校基础组答辩第1名晋升教授(是学校最年轻的教授之一)。2013年作为人才引进至长海医院实验诊断科从事肿瘤个体化治疗和分子诊断工作, 2014年作为长海医院获得杰青苗子基金资助。
