Telepathology – The daily link between Virchow Laboratories Shanghai, the Charité-Pathology and beyond

Worldwide telepathology has become a constant approach to improve the diagnostic accuracy and security for difficult cases in histopathology. Due to the technical development of excellent slide-scanners (e.g. produced by 3D Histech) combined with comprehensive histo-adapted software today it is no problem to provide correct and reliable diagnoses even for difficult cases.

Virchow Laboratories Shanghai are linked directly by tele-pathology to the Institute of Pathology, Charité Berlin, Germany and other Institutes around Germany in order to discuss difficult cases in particular.
